Happy Independence Day to America

July 4, 2022 by Robert Jordan

Today being the Independence Day and this means we celebration of nationhood by the Continental Congress but it also meant back then it meant Congress voted this day to be independent from England.

But it has become more to us Americans, it means sheer freedom. We have fought many wars since 1776. Remember we are a Constitutional Republic and our hearts have found that our families are free and we can pick who we want to marry and have children with instead of being told who we must marry. Woman who get a great hands up for they don’t have to marry a man whom they are not in love with. So then and with what I just wrote we want our woman and our daughters to be free to go to college, they can vote, and for better or worse they can divorce their husbands if they don’t treat them fairly which was not the case in the early 1700’s.

I am writing as a man since I am one but on the other side of the coin a woman could write their own stories in life and in print. If you have ever noticed I will probably be writing this story. I haven’t been able to see any articles about woman. Have you ever noticed that we Americans have equal pay for equal work for both a man and a woman. As a matter of fact I will be writing tomorrow about a beautiful woman who I have knows for about 30 years and yes I like her very much and I am proud to be able to call her my friend.

Now I have some bad news to write there was a shooting today about a mass killing in Highland Park. He killed 6 people and wounded 38 others. I won’t be giving his name since that is what he wants attention. Lets pray for all the people involved.

During our Independence weekend, Ukraine is in our prayers

July 3, 2022 by Robert Jordan

On our country’s Independence Day weekend, let us make sure that love and kindness is what comes to a beleaguered Ukraine. We all know that this fourth of July weekend is our positive note for this weekend. We Americans hope for peach all around the world and shockwave.us is praying for the world to help this battered country. Being that we at hockwave.us works on helping and bringing America to have honest news, treats veterans with the utmost respect along with all America to be representative  by this news agency and we want all citizens to be representative by our staff and we hope all who give there all to our country who loves all first responders, military families, and policeman, along with firemen, other first responders, doctors, and dentists who give so much to the injured.

We all know that Russia is actually killing so many people along with blowing up houses, factories, and malls and individuals who were given their freedom from Soviet Premiere, Mikhail Gorbachev, when he and President George H.W. Bush worked out the fall of the communist held West Germany. But many things have happened in ongoing development of the former Soviet states, Russia and Ukraine. Russia is attacking Ukraine for only one reason: Russian President Putin knows that U.S. President Biden is an unfit leader of the United States. Do you all remember when President Obama and Vice President Biden dropped the Space program during the Obama administration?

The reason we at shockwave.us always runs so many articles on Ukraine because the families who have been broken up because of this unjust war must have support and we will always continue to write articles on Ukraine since what is our responsibility as a news organization, if not to report such harsh conditions on fellow human beings. It has come to the point where a prayer must be rendered:

Dear Jesus please help the Ukrainians to find love, security, and hope through Jesus and may the United States help President Biden to find courage and strength to fulfill his duty and get courage to defend Ukraine. If President Biden can’t find courage, please let me help his lagging leadership. Thank you, Jesus, Amen.

What Independence Day means to my family and me

July 2, 2022 by Robert Jordan

As we head into the Independence Day weekend, culminating with the 4th of July celebrations this Monday, I am honored to be here expressing my views and opinions for well over a year now, brought to you via the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. This article today is a personal article, written more to you as a friend than as a viewer, along with all my friends I’ve acquired over the years.

As most of you know, I am a veteran of the U.S. armed forces. I joined the United States Army in 1971. My original goal was joining Special Forces, also known as becoming a Green Beret. In the end I did become a paratrooper, which was required prior to training for Special Forces, but circumstances involving a case I was required to attend as a witness precluded my travel and continuation in Special Forces training at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. Although I volunteered for Vietnam (where hostilities were still being conducted at the time), but in the end they gave me orders for Germany, where I ended up being assigned to the United States Army Criminal Investigation Division Command (USACIDC, or CID).

After my honorable discharge in 1974, I learned more about people as I started working around my home town here in Orange County. Early on my sisters would go to Disneyland and go dancing. We only lived three miles away, so it was always fun to be able to travel there, particularly when prices were very inexpensive compared to today. Occasionally, one of my sisters worked for a military outreach organization, where she would bring marines home to our family, where we were able to get new stories about their lives.

Over a few years she brought hundreds of marines home from nearby Camp Pendleton, and my mom would give them cookies and sandwiches. They would give all the details on how and why they enlisted in the Marines and give us the stories of their parents and girlfriends and family from all over our country: the East Coast, Hawaii, the Midwest, the South, and everywhere in between. The one thing I learned was we are all different, but yet the same. “We are all Americans and brothers and sisters for one reason to keep the United States free.” What a profound commitment to this country we call home.

Keep in mind on this Independence Day weekend that without the military, we wouldn’t be here as free as we are. Countries like China and Russia don’t respect the United States, so we must be vigilant in the protection of our citizens. As I am going to be running for President of the United States shortly, as a conservative Democrat, I know in my heart and my soul that I am, first and foremost, an American. I love all veterans and I will never let any veteran down. May God Bless America! Happy 4th of July.

President Biden’s abysmal record

July 1, 2022 by Robert Jordan

Pete Buttigieg
Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg’s incompetence is only one of many Biden shortcomings

Today President Joseph Biden resumed his attack on the United States Supreme Court. When the President of the United States is overseas, there has been an unwritten rule: As the head of the Executive branch of the United States, never attack either of the other two branches of our government: the legislative branch, Congress (consisting of the House of Representatives and the Senate), and the judicial branch, the United States Supreme Court, along with all the other federal courts. These branches have been enumerated in the Constitution, and while many people have erroneously stated that they are co-equal in stature, in reality they all have unique and (ostensibly) non-interchangeable roles in running our government.

Now President Joseph Biden’s polling and performance numbers are the worst in presidential history. Here is a short lists of his “accomplishments:”

  1. Withdrawal from Afghanistan: Instead of an orderly transfer of troops and billions of dollars of equipment back home, along with a failsafe security protocol that enabled the Afghan government to govern the vast country with the Taliban permanently subdued, the Taliban has now reinstated its hardline, non-democratic control of the people, murdered hundreds (if not thousands) of citizens who worked with the United States, and forced the evacution of tens of thousands of people NOT vetted into the United States, including leaving thousands of US citizens behind, now many of them unable to return, and now destitute.
  2. Covid-19: Not only did he not mitigate the spread of Covid-19, but with questionable vaccine releases along with policies that mandated its use despite health concerns, it looks as if Covid-19 will cause problems without end in the upcoming years.
  3. Supply chain problems: By mandating vaccine requirements for all dock workers and truck drivers, along with allowing prices of gas to skyrocket (more on that later), and finally, by his transportation secretary (Pete Buttigieg) taking family leave during the worst supply crisis since World War 2, Biden has essentially thrown a monkey wrench into the US supply system, causing prices to needlessly soar and shortages to become not just common, but built-in the economy in the foreseeable future.
  4. Food and baby formula shortage: Many suspicious incidents have happened to dozens of major food production facilities at all levels, from farming to production in plants, and is slated to make a major impact this summer and fall. Prices will rise, and with inflation the worst since the late 70’s, will result in many families not being able to afford food and other items of nourishment, adding to health problems that have also been decimated through the Covid-19 crisis.
  5. Illegal alien penetration of the souther border: Hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens have been allowed to enter the United States, with policies that not only prevent such egress but actually reward it with paycards and free trips to other parts of the country, where they will be registered onto voter rolls, making elections more difficult to police and outcomes become more and more uncertain as to the true intent of the American citizen.
  6. Inflation: By printing trillions of dollars and distributing it to non-productive spending entities that do not add real jobs or economic development to the country, coupled with the Fed raising rates on borrowing against the fiat US dollar, inflation is now the worst since the 70’s, and speculators says we aren’t going to get out of this slump for many months, perhaps years. To be frank, if this keeps up there will have to be action taken that have not been done before, such as bank run prevention techniques, removal of private funds from citizens through “haircut” protocols, and massive tax hikes that approach 70% (cumulative state, federal, and local) for all individuals making over $250,000 per year, and 50% for everyone else.
  7. Russian invasion of Ukraine: This move would never have happened if Biden were not weak internationally. Most leaders treat Biden like a dunce, as they should to be honest, but dangerously, this puts our own diplomats in arrears in their particular missions. Now that Russia is fully engaged and has been ceded land in the Donbass region along with two eastern cities, which are purportedly being negotiated to become independent of Ukraine with potential absorbtion into the Russian federation, the realization that this move would never have happened under the previous president, and indeed virtually any non-weak US president, has been coming to light for most US citizens.
  8. Finally, energy: The massive increase in prices is a direct result on the government shutdown of all major pipelines, the banning of drilling virtually anywhere in the country, and heavy regulations in refining petroleum and gas deposits is probably the most symbolic display of Biden’s incompetence. Trying to tie gas prices to Putin and the “greedy gas station owners” is nothing more that intentional malice toward the US citizen. Gas is scheduled to go up to $380 per barrel, which will necessarily increase the price at the pump to $20-$25 per GALLON. Yes, this is intentional.

All these actions come under the administration of one incompetent fool: Joseph E. Biden. What is really going on, and what can be done to stop the actions of such an evil, intentional administration, along with a completely out-of-touch Congress?

Supreme Court rules EPA cannot enforce edicts as law

June 30, 2022 by Robert Jordan

Today the Supreme Court decided its last two cases for the session. I’ll cover the decision regarding the EPA case in this article.

The justices voted 6-3 in favor of removing the right to regulate the environment and pass laws which restrict the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from passing laws which are illegal and gives the power back to the Legislative branch. To understand the EPA we must go back in time to President Richard Nixon who proposed and established the EPA on July 9, 1970, the year I graduated from high school. EPA began operations later that year in December, and began the long, assiduous task at applying itself to nearly every nook and cranny of environmental law and policy in the country.

Fast forward to 2022: Now you have an agency like the EPA not just make policy but put out edicts that have been judiciously treated as if they were dabated, then voted upon in a constitutional manner by either the U.S. Congress or the state legislatures, signed by the president or governors respectively. Edicts that AREN’T law, but nonetheless has the same effect in that they can limit a corporation from fracking, drilling, or even mining for any number of minerals. Finally, you have conflict with other agencies, which would then require the U.S. Supreme Court pick which edicts (again, not “laws”) to follow when it stops the freedom of all Americans.

And now what seems to have happened is that President Biden, while in another country, is bashing the judicial branch of the U.S. Constitution and this is terrible. So President Biden owes all Americans an apology, which of course won’t ever be made, because Biden has since abandoned, or more likely never had, the principles that unite all American citizens. It is now likely that Biden is being controlled by outside interests; how can he rationally be coming up with all this devastatingly destructive, anti-American principles on his own? The final possibility is nearly unthinkable even a few months ago, but now is now seeming unlikely: that Biden may be compromised by outside sources, either by other state actors like China, Russia, and Ukraine. Whatever the case, as a proud Democrat in the United States, I am highly saddened what has happened to this country.

Russian attack on Ukraine must be deterred by American forces

June 29, 2022 by Robert Jordan

President Putin is unleashing his thousands of rockets, along with missiles that are blowing up malls where people are shopping. President Zelensky has been asking President Biden for help in stopping President Putin.

Ukraine and needs major help in trying to figure out how to stop this onslaught from President Putin. Remember now Russia is in great shape against the rest of the world and is laughing at all of NATO. Get one thing straight all of Europe couldn’t stand up to President Putin. Putin is a dictator period and accounts to no one yet all of Europe have little if any military since they are so cheap to arm themselves with hardly any weapons at all. The only way they beat up Russia is with America’s help. Now is the time for the United States to figure out how to beat Russia or at least make plans and have multiple responses to many different alternatives to many different scenarios involving many different weapons that we can attack with.

Now I would start by moving in aircraft carriers into the Black Sea and taking complete charge of the Black Sea. I would then open the ports to allow the shipping of grain to the open market. I know for sure with our aircraft carriers in the black sea the Russian ships wouldn’t attack our fleets. We would need to give a warning to Russia if you attack any ship under our flag or food transport of grains attacked we will wipe out any and all ships from Russia and we would completely level any and all Russian tanks, rocket launchers or airplanes periods. From there I would tell President Putin to move all his troops and his allies to completely move out of Ukraine including all land taken in the past especially Crimea.

President Biden badly misrepresents energy problems in Europe, U.S.

June 28, 2022 by Robert Jordan

French President Emmanuel Macron brought up energy concerns with President Biden at the recent G7 meeting. Global warming concerns, along with energy to sustain Europe, were part of his concerns as he also let Biden know that Saudi Arabia is almost at maximum oil production. Do you remember when President Biden called Saudi Arabia a pariah, but now he is going to bend down on his knees to ask for more oil? America could have maintained its oil independence by following former President Trump’s energy policy. Incidentally, Trump had followed much of my own advice that I had given in a copyrighted speech back in 2002, Robert Jordan’s Oil Platform. But now, Biden is feeling the heat from Europe.

In further European news, Germany is going to restart their coal plants. For now, it does seem climate change is down the tubes for the Europeans, as you must first make sure that your citizens have access to affordable (market price) electricity, water, and gas. In addition, they need to protect their citizens from the mad man Russian President Putin.

But even the United States is far behind energy now thanks to that mentally deficient President Biden. President Biden can’t even express himself without the aid of a cheat card. It is so disappointing to watch him in front of other world leaders and see that he isn’t mentally capable of answering questions, nor communicate to the press and citizens in a coherent, rational manner. It is time again to ensure that the 25th Amendment option is available for such a case as President Biden.

More U.S. Supreme Court decisions sides with religious freedom

June 27, 2022 by Robert Jordan

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of a football coach who would pray after each game on the 50 yard line for about 15 seconds. Joe Kennedy, who said that all he wants is to get his job back, basically won on First Amendment grounds, which protects both freedom of speech and religion. I am a Catholic and a Democrat in my opinion it is nice to have a 6-3 decision on all these new cases which seems like it is back to what the original constitution was written for. These new Justices are what I believe to be honest and Believe in God like the original framers were. Justice Amy Coney Barrett, Justice Brett Kavanaugh, and Justice Neil Gorsuch all three appointed by Former President Donald Trump and he kept his promise to elect constitutionalists.

What is important is that no matter what religion, nationality or color a persons skin is God made them in his image and what is important is that all Americans should be given there rights as Americans. America represents what is the beset in Human Beings. We care about civil rights, the ability to love anyone they want, the ability to help each other.

Today while I was at the VA getting my prescriptions filled, another veteran started talking to me about the January 6th hearings and how much he hated former President Donald Trump. While this was going on another six veterans came up and entered into the debate. I told them that I was running for president. After I told them my plan, much of what can be seen here on Shockwave.us, they all said they would vote for me but they all said they would never vote for President Biden period isn’t that ashamed he is so despised by so many people since he is so out of touch.

Biden’s weakness in Ukraine is still wreaking havoc

June 26, 2022 by Robert Jordan

I feel for the Ukraine people who want nothing but making a family and to worship in peace. President Putin has been doing nothing but shooting rockets, missiles, dropping bombs, and Russia’s Tsirkon hypersonic missile is a new way to kill children, mothers and fathers who are nothing but families who are innocent and Russia doesn’t own any land in Ukraine. Question is why is President Putin murdering so many innocent people. Why doesn’t President Biden bring in 4 aircraft carriers and level the playing field. If the United States believes in God why would he let Russia just level Ukraine who can’t possibly stand a chance against that behemoth Russia military.

Let me say this when I ran for President in 2012 and 2020 I knew what the office was there for and it isn’t there to have dinners with foreign leaders while Russia just demolish every building in Ukraine kill 10s of thousands of civilians while he is meeting with the G7. If I were President of the United States I would let the full force of our Air Force start flexing our muscles period. But President Biden is and has been the weakest President even after years ago we watched President Jimmy Carter who also like Biden didn’t have a clue.

To all America don’t ever forget those two Presidents who were both yellow and had a yellow streak down their back. Never elect a yellow-spined President of the United States. Remember when President Obama killed Osama Bin Laden? Back then Vice President Biden tried to talk him out of killing Osama Bin Laden that is all you needed to know.

President Biden signs sweeping gun law legislation, notably Red Flag provisions

June 25, 2022 by Robert Jordan

President Joseph Biden signs into law the Bipartisan safer communities act which does three things:

  1. Funds red flag laws and crisis prevention programs.
  2. Enhances background checks for buyers under the age of 21.
  3. Closes the Boyfriend  loophole.

This is the first gun legislation in approximately 28 years but the Democrats feel it really is a minor law since it didn’t cover the “weapons of war”. The people against allowing people to own the AR15 which they call the weapons of war which is of course ridiculous to call the AR15 a weapon of war. The AR-15 uses a .223 caliber round or (5.56 NATO) round so here is what I will print for you on effective Ranges in meters. A) .223 (5.56 NATO) Effective Range 400-600 Meters B) .308 800 meters C) .338 Laputa 1500 Meters D) .50 BMG 1600 Meters E) .450 Bushmaster 250 meters F) 9mm 100 meters. AR-15 Has the name most demanded rifle of all time. The reason it is accurate at very long distances and if you put on a scope well there you have it accurate period. Back in the early days of the FBI and MOB-gangsters would use the tommy machine gun for its noticeable round had a circular drum could hold in the drum 50 or 100 rounds of 45 caliber weapon. If you do a search it really is a marvel.

Another huge U.S. Supreme Court decision! Dobbs opinion negates Roe v Wade

June 24, 2022 by Robert Jordan

Roe V Wade was over turned today by a 6-3 decision and the court ruled that each state must make it’s own decision involving abortion and it’s perameters. In 1973 when Roe V Wade was decided most everyone said it was a faulty decision about abortion. The main reason is Abortion is not in the Constitution. For sure the United States will be revisiting so many old cases and even the big cases that the old liberal, laws passed by rhe Democratic elected  Jurists who are Activists judges.

Let me give you the reasoning behind these Activists United States Supreme Court Judges. When the Supreme Court decides a case to take on it’s docket they should first look is the case an actual case that is in the constitution for instance. Gun laws are contained in the second amendment now the case can be looked at by the amendment and the Justices have a basic strong law to start with. Now the other Constitution law will help the supreme court be able to make good laws for everyone to be able to make the United States run efficiently.

Major 2nd Amendment victory, US Supreme Court overturns NY conceal carry ban

June 23, 2022 by Robert Jordan

In 6-3 ruling today, the United States Supreme Court struck down New York’s concealed-carry law. Former President Donald Trump now has his legacy, as he was the one who picked the last three justices for the Supreme Court who are more inclined to base their opinions on the Constitution. In the last 50 years the makeup of the court has tended to vote with more prevalence on popular culture, which is entirely against its founding principles, but now the tide has changed. At this point, there are six jurists from Republican presidents, five of them who rule on a relatively consistent basis on Constitution, while the other three justices appointed by Obama and Clinton (and one soon-to-be Biden appointee) have ruled in accordance to popular culture and liberal principles, decidedly against the Constitution for the most part.

The case in point, New York State Rifle & Pistol Inc. vs Bruen, addresses New Yorks “proper cause” amendment that requires individuals to provide proof to the state that they need to carry a concealed firearm for their protection while away from their residence. Normal self-defense claims were rarely granted, and this violated the provision of the 2nd Amendment that specifically warned any government entity not to infringe on the right of the gun owner. The 6-3 ruling was made by the five reliably conservative justices, along with Chief Justice John Roberts. The three liberal justices dissented.

What does this mean? Now a normal, non-felon-holding citizen can get a concealed carry permit with no pushback for the most part. Of course, other restrictions may apply, and with the recent presidential signing of the Red Flag laws enacted by Congress, may pose a problem as it eliminates due process from gun confiscation in many instances. But for now, a new day in history to actually have a Supreme Court stand up for freedom. With the citizens in New York and other states we will be able to defend ourselves with concealed weapons. Let the freaking bad guys get taught some American Justice and go buy hand guns and get legal permits thank heavens for this ruling.
