Elon Musk blasts President Biden and his lying ways and scapegoating Americans and President Putin. Gasoline and diesel both hit their highs and gasoline has it 8th straight day highs. President Biden needs to fire his complete staff and get rid of his Vice President Harris which have all failed their oath to protect America. Inflation has skyrocketed since Biden and his administration have ruined America and I hope all democrats realize they need to dump the party and go either Independant or Republican.

Next, the FDA is dragging its feet on its determination of the sale of baby formula. President Biden is not making any effort to open the industry back up since shutting it down due to four infant deaths. Some sources now are saying that the company itself was not responsible for those deaths, but rather a series of coincidences that have plagued their usage. It appears that there may be more to the matter than the incompetence of industries.

Finally, I know how to pay off the national debt of approximately 30 trillion dollars and pay off all school loans taken out by our children and not raise taxes of approximately 1.7 trillion dollars. The United States Supreme Court ruled in favor for Senator Ted Cruz today in his appeal of a campaign donation rebate. In 2002 a bipartisan law which limited campaign finance restrictions was struck down as a free speech violation for Cruz. The 6-3 majority ruled that the regulation in question “burdens core political speech without proper justification.” The law had a $250,000 cap in which candidates can borrow and repay after the election for personal loans. The United States Constitution guarantees freedom of speech, which includes the prevention of unjustifiably burdening political expression. Since former President Donald Trump was able to pick 3 Supreme Court Justices who opine more in line with the Constitution, this shows how important voting is to our freedom.

After 5 years, Hillary Clinton may now get what she tried to give to former President Donald Trump. On Monday, the trial against her former attorney Michael Sussmann starts. After years working on the Russian collusion hoax perpetrated against candidate, President-Elect, then President Donald Trump, U.S. Special Counsel John Durham will actually try the first defendant. Many Americans pray for former President Donald Trump to have justice, and this looks like a lot of trouble will be coming the way of Hillary Clinton and everyone in her sphere of influence. Although she has lasted many years without a scratch when it comes to various scandals and overt criminal acts, from Whitewater in the 80’s all the way to her fraudulently operated private email server, Hillary may finally be the target in Durham’s sights.

Many people are calling this a fitting end for a person who is alleged to have committed greater crimes against the country than anyone in history. But in the end life is so short and what ever the Clintons did get it was never worth it and Bill Clinton is now to old to remember the day he was caught for his affair with a young intern, Monica Lewinsky, who at one time loved that man and was intimate with him. How many times did he cheat on Hillary? And more importantly, was Hillary aware, knowing that she was really trying to achieve power for herself and using her husband’s infidelity to achieve that goal? Folks, American governance should be a PRIVILEGE to SERVE the American people, not an OPPORTUNITY to punish them! But here we are.

President Putin is in trouble since the news came out that 1/3 of the original forces sent into Ukraine have failed. Armor, missiles, tanks, and trucks have been destroyed and many Russians soldiers have lost their lives. He was into the middle of Ukraine and now he has a little of the east and south east of Ukraine. If Ukraine makes a few moves and with some hard work they might be able to actually take over their land and expand into Russia and take some of Russia’s land.

Will Russia actually lose this invasion they started? They had new hyper missiles that travel approximately 3500 miles per hour and they are now running out. If NATO does consider working on Finland and Sweden to move into NATO alliance, Russia may consider the dangerous option of using nuclear weapons. Or, Russia could completely break down. In addition, news has come out that indicates that President Putin has cancer, and the oligarchs are going to get rid of him. So we may be coming to a head in the Russian invasion of Ukraine: is this the end for Russia, or are we in for an all-out war, approaching that of World War 3, complete with nuclear weapons? Yet, here we are. President Biden is going to have to go to the rest room all week long since he is in my opinion a very sick mentally ill and can’t understand what is actually happening.

Today is Friday the 13th and it’s looking bleak for President Biden and Vice President Harris, along with the failures of Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, who has failed in the same manner as he ruined South Bend, Indiana politics when he was its mayor.

Biden’s and Harris’ failures come as the price of gasoline, diesel fuel, and natural gas for heating and air conditioning are hitting record high levels. In addition, the open border with Mexico, disastrous handling of the Afghanistan withdrawal, and utter catastrophe with the U.S. economy in general has already opened the criticism for Biden as the worst president in history. Finally, while other shortages are starting to become reality, particularly in smaller, urban stores, the big issue is the availability of baby formula. While the press has called the development puzzling, two different major manufacturers of baby formula have been shut down by the FDA, ostensibly for releasing formulas that have resulted in three infant deaths in the past year. This is the equivalent of shutting down the entire airline industry because one plane made an emergency landing because of a minor issue. But is there something more sinister afoot?

Interestingly, baby formula is not restricted for women with children enrolled with the WIC program, though in practice stores can limit sales as needed. But what is even more interesting is that the federal government has stockpiled a nearly-unlimited amount of baby formula strictly for illegal aliens crossing the border. Most mothers or adults with babies are given as much baby formula as they want, not just what they need, while American babies are restricted. Keep in mind that it would not take too much effort to allow the baby formula manufacturers from operating at full strength again, but apparently there seems to be more to this then can be seen.

And this is where Pete Buttigieg is making his colossal error. With transportation snafus causing huge problems at the ports, we have an impending food shortage that will need action, mainly from releasing regulations allowing the industries to operate. Unfortunately, Buttigieg is doubling down on the restrictions, including contemplating rationing of diesel fuel, which will severely curtail the already-depleted trucking industry. Now with potentially millions of lives of babies at stake, we really need a solution, and Buttigieg needs to get a move-on.

But of course, President Biden blames “Ultra MAGA” or anyone outside of the Democratic Party, so as not to take the blame. He said he would never pass the buck but this doesn’t cover the fact that HIS administration is just a failure in every aspect. I believe this administration to be the worse ever since our Founding Fathers codified the Constitution, outlining the office of the presidency.

Today President Joseph Biden attempted to mock former President Trump by calling him the “Great MAGA King.” But that only enabled Trump’s supporters not only to mock Joe Biden back, but actually appropriated the title with great glee. This turned out the same way when Biden and other Democrats attempted to denigrating MAGA as “Ultra MAGA” which now gave more ammo to the populists on the right.

The Democrats really need to learn their opponent’s thinking process a bit more. A year ago, a crowd at a NASCAR race was chanting a derogatory chant, “(Profanity) Joe Biden!” that had been popular with Trump supporters (and, in general, a growing amount of non-Trump supporters who didn’t like President Biden). While that was going on, an NBC sports reporter was interviewing the winner of the race, Brandon Brown. As the chants became nearly audible during the live national broadcast, the reporter stated that the crowd was yelling “Let’s Go Brandon!” This was immediately appropriated by the Trump supporters who now, instead of using the profane version of the chant, now had a kid-friendly chant that most people associated as the same as the profane version, and in effect eclipsed the profane version in popularity.

So not only does the Biden Administration or mainstream media have the ability to shame Trump supporters, it is apparent that the Democrats lack the ability to properly engage in proper debate of issues and principles, and feel that they have to denigrate half (more likely, far more than half) of the voting populace. A president comes through and helps all people, not just so-called “marginalized communities,” which are little more than re-segregation attempts at dividing the American people.

As an old school Democrat who believes in America first, I’m glad he is being called the great MAGA King. Remember, MAGA means “Make America Great Again,” and it befuddles the dickens out of us here at Shockwave.us why this basic tenet isn’t jumped on by both parties, not just the Republicans. Every one of us should first thank our lucky stars that we are allowed to advance to our own goals and initiatives, which isn’t allowed in many areas of the world.

I had a relative, a cousin of my late mother, in World War Two who was captured in the Philippines by the Japanese forces. He was forced to endure the Batan Death March, with hundreds of fatalities of allied troops. So he understood greatly about the competence of the United States military who rescued everyone out of the hellholes of the Asian jungles.

During the Vietnam War I spent three years as a paratrooper. I volunteered for Vietnam for foreign base Hawaii for my stateside duty. Every man and woman I served with were proud of holding up the values of America, even in a turbulent period where many of our own citizens were having second thoughts of our service. Now I hear President Biden out stumping and making fun of the Republicans by calling them MAGA in a denigrating manner. In the meantime, I hope we don’t get invaded by China and Russia for I fear he will surrender, and if that happens, our Constitution is invalidated. We must keep up our faith and strength in these dire times, and if it means reclaiming part of MAGA for our side, we should do so.

In 2021, 107,000 drug overdoses were recorded in the United States, which unfortunately is a new record. In the past Shockwave.us has recorded many such stories, including the manner in which fentanyl which is manufactured in China and shipped to Mexico. From there, the drug cartels (which, unfortunately, dominate over the government in the border region of Mexico) mix it with heroin, cocaine, an crystal meth. China is our enemy and we can easily stop this madness. While it would be nigh impossible to prevent China from stopping the transport of fentanyl, we should start allowing victims’ families to sue China and have a bank account where the families can be compensated from a slush fund.

If I do become President of the United States in 2024 I am going to change the I.R.S. code and give all Americans the ability to make up, change or fix their forms for any past years and excuse them for any back taxes they may owe. So all Americans will be given amnesty for all their forms for any and all years for which they need to get caught up. The reason for this comes down to the fact that Social Security needs to reach the level of retirement programs. All Americans who are at least 62 years old may apply and receive at least $4,000.00 dollars a month. The minimum wage for Seniors will not be below $4,000 dollars a month. I will have my administration work with Congress with regard to payments and amounts but at least our seniors will get the $4,000.00 dollars a month. I will also make sure the Internal revenue service will lose it’s power to take away a persons property nor levy bank accounts of citizens without due process.

President Joseph Biden gave a speech this morning. His main theme was to blame Republicans for the worst economy in the last 40 years, and soon to be the worst since the Great Depression in the 1930’s. And yet, the Democratic party is in control of the Executive Branch and both chambers of Congress, the House and the Senate. In the stock market, the Dow-Jones index, NASDAQ, and the S&P are on a dive for the last month. By the way It looks like we are heading into a recession, and if this keeps up we may be heading into a depression. President Biden didn’t have any positive response to help America.

The following problems are hampering the Biden Administration. First, inflation causes higher prices on gas, food, natural gas, fertilizer, medical supplies, milk, eggs, bacon, fruits, vegetables, medical drugs, vehicles, diesel fuel, and so many other products

Next, the President forgets batteries are a major cause of land pollution as their disposal is a major environmental task of its own right. Windmills kill millions of birds, which in turn can’t eat bugs, and we can’t use pesticides since they take oil products to make, causing our food production to greatly decrease. Finally, massive acreage of solar panels have a relatively short production life, and cannot be recycled as in most other production grade material.

President Biden needs to resign as soon as possible. While Kamala Harris won’t be much better, it is imperative we show the world we can get rid of our failures and at least make an attempt a righting the ship. Without strong leadership, we are heading to a bleak time ahead.

Pro Abortion protesters are demonstrating outside the Supreme Court justices homes. The problem now is the Democratic Party is shown to be very mean-spirited and this is a dangerous mistake. Specifically, let’s take a look at one of the federal laws being violated:

Under 18 U.S.C. § 1507 (subsection numbers added),

1. Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or
2. with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty,
3. pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or
4. in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer, or
5. with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence,
6. shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

Now, THIS is actually one of the few times that protesting is illegal that would otherwise be legal under our first amendment laws. But the reason that judges are off limits are because they are supposed to be applying the Constitution to their rulings with no outside influence.

But I doubt anything will come of this protesting and this illegal influence. It is hopeful that the justices all maintain their dignity and don’t let the mob rule affect any of their decisions. If this happens, then this country is no longer a Constitutional Republican, and will barely hold on as a Democracy for not much longer.

Late-term abortions, those done during the final few weeks of pregnancy before a baby is born, are condoned by only 6% of the population. The Democratic Party position, however, advocates abortion all the way to birth, and in some cases after birth. Maria Bartiromo on Fox News had a lot of very good speakers along with Donald Trump Jr., who spoke passionately against abortion, and was attempting to make sense of the Democratic Party position. He is a very good speaker and he has his head on straight and doesn’t call people names and speaks with power and he shows that he has Honor and represents his family name with pride, honor and love for our country.

Former President Donald Trump yesterday evening gave a rally in the beautiful state of Pennsylvania. With the downpour of rain he still went and ran the rally with hope, a smile on his face, and with his same charm which made all the people just love him. In my lifetime I have never seen a person so love his job and the people who come to watch him. You all know by now I am a Democrat who has run for President of the United States in 2012 & 2020, and soon I will be announcing again for 2024. Our former President is so lively, energetic, full of love for America is just out right surprising.

While it may surprise many, Trump is sure that the election was stolen from him and he gave an example last night where he was up approximately 700,000 votes in Pennsylvania, only to have the election office call it a night. Then the next morning he had lost almost a million votes or something to that nature. But he keeps going. You may recall that he had endorsed many republicans last week, mainly in Ohio and Indiana, for the GOP primary in thos states, and they all won. Later in the same speech I heard he was like 53 wins and 0 losses for his last 53 endorsements, which is especially important in the primaries, as these will be the candidates everyone will rally around in the general election.

President Trump, if I run, I hope I will beat President Biden  for the Democratic party to square off against you in the general election for te presidency in November of 2024. But I’ll start by giving a tidbit of information. When Joe Biden was Vice President under former President Obama, they closed down our space agency. This had the effect of losing a huge amount of GDP. Every 1 dollar spend in our space program we get back in GDP 14 to 17 dollars so 10 trillion would equate to 170 trillion dollars, plus the 20 we are getting every year of everything else. I hope to see you in 2024 It would be my honor to meet you in real life before debating our future in a spirited, American campaign for presidence. Again, thank you Mr President.

The Dow-Jones Index on the New York Stock Exchange dropped six weeks in a row as of today. Even the jobs number came out with over 400,000 jobs added, but in turn we lost over 300,000 jobs so it’s just amazing how volatile the DOW and jobs are coming out. Fox News reported that President Biden is in over his head, so when the November elections come it’s showing the Republicans are going to slaughter the Democrats. If it turns out that the Republicans take back the house with a 44-member lead it’s going to be impossible for the president to get anything passed. The Senate is looking like they may take a 6 to 10 seat lead also. Will the Republicans going to impeach President Biden? While it would seem a no-brainer, presumptive Republican Speaker Kevin McCarthy has indicated that he was not going to allow impeachment proceedings to occur, as there is no possibility that the Senate could achieve a 67-vote indictment necessary for an impeachment to result in Biden leaving office.

But that’s not the real issue at hand. The economy is a total mess, and without systematic changes across the board, including both the executive and legislative branches, America is in for a deep, dark recession for much longer than most people imagine.
