State Dept. to meet with Chinese counterparts

The White House said on Wednesday Anthony Blinken the United States Secretary of State will be meeting with top Chinese officials on March 18, 2021. Jake Sullivan the National security adviser will join the team under President Joseph Biden’s administration.

Yang Jiehi and Wang Yi the two top Chinese diplomats Jen Psaki said, the administration would approach it’s relations with China with it’s partners. This is very important since it is also being held on American Soil.

Zhao Lijian said China wants the United States to move relations back to a “healthy and stable track.” Chinese foreign ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian said He views relations objectively and rationally, and forget the cold war mentality and zero-sum mindset. Hopefully respect China’s sovereignty, security and interests.
