The constitution states to bring charges for impeachment the President must have been convicted of a high crime.
Every time a President of the Unites States has been empeached there was first a trial and they had 12 jurors that had been vetted except both times President Donald J Trump never had a trial with 12 jurors and could put up a defense. These last 2 impeachments didn’t have a stature with a high crime. United States must be seen as one party
