Robert Jordan’s op-ed for this Sunday August 1, 2021 is going to address the eviction moratorium. Nancy Pelosi’s home received an eviction notice placed on her property in California by protesters. The moratorium has ended and now the question is how to help the people who can’t afford to pay their rent, yet how could the Politicans in Washington forget that the moratorium was ending, and has in fact ended?
With Christmas and Thanksgiving just around the corner the Democrats have let the eviction expire and AOC blames her party, yet AOC is herself a Democrat and the congressmember must take the blame if there is anyone to blame.
My thought is there are almost ten million jobs available yet business can’t find employees to fill the slots. This problem is two-fold. One, the federal government decided to jump in and bail out the people who are renting and yet did nothing for the landlords. Second, when helping a certain group the government can’t seem to get their eyes opened for the whole problem. The whole problem is the landlords who carry the mortgage on their buildings from the bank.
During the 1930’s President Franklin D. Roosevelt started what was to become a world-changer. He started a jobs project where the government went in and invested into the economy by building dams, roads, and employed millions, and helped take us out of the depression.
Now, I further changed this concept, because the government borrows money from the fiat Central Bank, and bingo! they print and give money for these projects and raise inflation. I can’t divulge the answer to this problem at this time, as my ideas will move the economy well into the 23rd Century. At that time i will move with my innovated ideas into the 23 century. After that, I will then give my ideas and move the world into the 25th century. I promise to all my readers to show how the United States brings the world into the 23rd century. Every American, and in fact every person in the world, will benefit from these American advances. God bless America.
