As the 2022 elections come closer five Democratic-controlled states, who have been harshly maintaining the mask mandates for almost two years, have announced changes and are relaxing their guidelines. The five states are New York, Oregon, New Jersey, California and Illinois. The Democratic Party is being in deep trouble for the 2022 elections. Even President Biden and his administration is being hit the hardest with the newest aggregation of all of the main polling organizations placing President Biden’s approval under 40% for the first time, at 38.3%. When your overall job rating is below 40% with the benefit of partisan media, you know you are in trouble. Now keep in mind Donald Trump had roughly the same numbers as Biden, but in his case the media was nearly 100% against his agenda, so the skewing of the polls is significant. The aggregate tends to be biased by about 30% favorable for Joe Biden (or Democrats), and 25% unfavorable for Donald Trump (or Republicans), so doing the math one finds almost a 50% differential in the true polling of both presidents at the time of their first year in office.
President Biden isn’t failing with just the mask mandates and vaccine passports. Remember, his administration performed the worst combat operations withdrawal in American history. Right now, there are estimates of nine thousand US citizens, as well as authorized Afghan nationals who have a right to return to America. We should be prioritizing EVERY ASSET to this end, but it looks as if Biden and the Democrats are playing political games to try to win the 2022 midterm election. President Trump knew how to deal with the Taliban as well as express his desire for Afghan citizens to pursue democratic reforms for their own citizens. While both President Trump and President Biden did not serve in the armed forces, at least Donald Trump and his military advisers had a smart, vigorous withdrawal plan in place that had been on track for a verifiably secure withdrawal from the region. In short, Trump had negotiated the entire withdrawal with both the Taliban and Afghan government leaders, but President Biden came in and basically let the Taliban take over the country, chasing out or executing many of the remaining government officials as well as allowing 13 precious US servicemen and women to die in a horrific terrorist attack. I could write a book on Afghanistan but for now I’ll leave you knowing that President Biden didn’t understand the people or the importance of Afghanistan. Yes, Donald Trump did make a few mistakes, notably pussyfooting too much with the Taliban for his entire term, but he would never have put the fate of a country into a group that has nothing but bad intentions for the people of the region.
