Justice Stephen Breyer has decided to retire from the Unites States Supreme Court. He is 83 years old and is the oldest member of the Supreme Court but he is very smart and has all of his senses. We haven’t seen any reason why he is retiring and no one is leaking the reason. Their are rumors but not concrete so we won’t speculate as he has been a great Jurist. He will be leaving the bench at the end of this term which is June of 2022. President Biden has made the statement that he wants to fill his seat with a black woman and most people think that’s the main reason. But my opinion is find an Asian person since we have never had an asian man or female?
