Kyle Rittenhouse was found to be not guilty on all five of his charges. This young man was overwhelmed when the verdict came out. I feel this trial never should have been brought since the evidence was overwhelming and that he was innocent of all charges. Virtually every news correspondent on Fox and OAN stated he was innocent, while correspondents on the more traditional cable and broadcast news media were more antagonistic toward Rittenhouse, and continued their assertion that he was unfairly declared not guilty. I feel justice was served and the young man was set free. I’m sure that Kyle will have grown up after this ordeal and it will probably take a few years for him to get over all the commotion. He will learn to deal with remorse and have learned a great deal about human beings. As he’s only 18 he has a lot to learn, but the worse is hopefully behind him. There is also talk on potential defamation lawsuits which will be covered in another article.
Rittenhouse jury still deliberating
The jury is still deliberating on the biggest trial of the year, the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse. He is being tried for the murders of two people, attempted murder of a third person, and two charges emanating from his gun use. But the reason we are even here with the trial going on in the first place is the media overreaching claims with regard to Rittenhouse’s activities. They have misrepresented his actions so much that it is conceivable that the prosecution took some of those baseless claims and integrate them into their indictments and charges. These hostile claims were being made about this young man since the event happened when he was 17 years old throughout the present time.
The trials like this usually end on a Friday as juries tend not to want to work Saturdays and take it through the weekend. It appears that the jury is being exceptionally thorough it its deliberations, with one of the jury members asking to take material home to review it there. Tomorrow we will most probably see if the jury is close to a unanimous verdict on every count or if they are still separated by many different opinions.
Inflation at a record pace, there are valid solutions
Inflation in the United States has just outpaced our wage increases. Their are different ways to stop this problem that is not constrained just to the United States but is indeed global in scale. I have spoken to different individuals on how I would handle this problem, and the answer to inflation is frankly very simple. I will explain this if I announce my run for president next year.
The way I would address the problem of inflation would be to pay off the national debt of approximately 30 trillion dollars, as well as pay off all student loans and other debts, approximately 1.7 trillion dollars.
The answer to obtaining the money is simple. I even talked to syndicated radio and TV host Larry Elder on how he would pay of the national debt on his radio show a few months ago and his response was he would sell off land in the United States, to which I told him was crazy idea and he said thanks and hung up on me. Could you imagine the Great Larry Elder would pay off land in the United States to pay off the national debt? It is a very bad idea. For one thing, government insiders can sell the land to people who would not have the best interests of the United States at heart, and with such control of the land they can use it for nefarious economic and cultural processes. I would not sell off any land in the United States.
If I do run starting sometimes next year for the 2024 next presidency, I will tell you all my plans to make the United States the Greatest Country that has ever been and I will bury Russia and China without ever firing a shot. I will also make our ()GDP) Gross domestic product 20 times that of China and Russia combined. And once THAT happens, Russia, China, and any other country can emulate my plan for THEIR country, uplifting their economy to record heights as well. A rising tide lifts ALL boats.
More on Kyle Rittenhouse trial
In the Kyle Rittenhouse murder trial, the jury is deliberating and now we will finally get to see the end results. When police won’t help defend their city, and the National Guard is not called in, then lawless situations which result in mass rioting and destruction comes into play. This 17-year old was carrying an AR-15 with medical kits while he and other volunteers were wiping away grafitti. When states have weak governments such as a mayor who stands down the police, and a governor who refuses to call in the National Guard, leaves a situation where law and order is eliminated, businesses suffer, people get hurt, and sets the stage for a possible total breakdown of society. These are the times the federal government must be proactive.
Closing arguments given in Kyle Rittenhouse murder trial
Closing arguments were given today, signaling the end of the trial phase in the Kyle Rittenhouse murder trial. However, did the prosecutors jump the gun to prosecute Rittenhouse in the first place? Many former prosecutors think that Rittenhouse was defending himself which caused 2 attackers to be killed. Remember, he had the right to defend himself as he was being chased and even knocked down by belligerent attackers. It is pretty assured that he will be found not guilty but the Jury will probably go into deliberations tonight or tomorrow. With the abysmal prosecution performance so far, it looks like the only way for the prosecutors to save face is that someone on the jury does not believe self defense occurred and votes to convict Rittenhouse, although from most sources the jury seems mostly to favor Rittenhouse. At worst, it seems that a hung jury will occur, resulting in a mistrial. At this point, the prosecution will have to make a decision whether to retry the case or not.
President Biden messing up with inflation, transportation, and energy
The Biden administration has just hit the highest inflation in over 30 years. To slow or even stop inflation, one has to raise interest rates. Our Fed rate should be about 4% to 8% but to deny the issue of inflation problem just lights a match to a forest of kindling and gasoline.
Very few people actually have solutions. Fox News gave a report on one problem not just with inflation, but in transporting products. In California, the government made a policy that restricts trucks that picks up or delivers products to the docks in any shipyard in the state. They do not allow any trucks over ten years old to process products. The reason is that this restricts such activity to large, centralized trucking companies that can be controlled by the government much more thoroughly. It’s silly, though. Why not allow 20-year old trucks to process products at the shipping yards? This will help relieve the congestion at all docks, especially around Long Beach and Los Angeles harbors.
Next, if President Biden administration allow our pipelines to open and allow fracking, and the use of coal and bingo gas, oil, coal would drop in price and actually get the United States to become energy independent again. When you raise the price of all this energy you hurt the poorest of Americans. Come on President Biden and administration get your head out of your rear and wake up.
NSBA coordination with WH, DOJ explained
The National School Board Association (NSBA) coordinated with the White House, according to a memo sent to the Department of Justice. The memo refers to an email that shows that parents, who were speaking at various school board meetings around the United States, were being aligned with the term “domestic terrorists.” This occurred a month ago in October. There are debates now to walk back some of these allegations, and to be fair, the White House and Department of Justice claim that it is normal, common practice for them to have contact with school boards or other entities. It doesn’t appear that there is a coverup. Although Republicans and other parental rights advocates are saying this is part and parcel of the Biden Administration’s new practice of targeting normal Americans, we believe that the White House and the DOJ are just trying to put all this into perspective as normal.
Washington Post forced to make corrections regarding the Steele Dossier, Durham making inroads
The Washington Post has to make corrections on the Steele Dossier stories thanks to the Durham Investigation. Special Counsel John Durham has indicted three individuals so far for lying to the FBI. All the alleged perpetrators have close ties to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who in turn is married to former U.S. President Bill Clinton. The Democrats seem to be tied up into a web here and where it goes, so far only John Durham knows.
Why this is so important now is because after so many different investigations directed toward Donald Trump while he was a candidate for President, President-Elect, and finally while in office. During his entire presidency, Trump was investigated by the FBI, the U.S. Department of Justice, and various federal and even state circuit courts around the country. Former FBI Director James Comey, who was accused by the former president of having ties to the Clintons, has been proven that the former President was correct and was exonerated of all charges of collusion with Russia. These individuals have now been identified as Clinton associates.
In the past few years, the Steele Dossier has been proven to be a made-up document, commissioned by Democratic Party operatives through the Clintons and other associates such as James Brennan, Lisa Page, and Peter Strzok (pronounced like “struck”). While any arrests and other indictments may be too late to affect any political change as the Biden Administration is firmly and constitutionally in control, many arrests may be imminent and, more importantly, transparency to the entire morass of the federal bureaucracy can be exposed and fixed.
For now, though, it appears that many individuals, primarily associated with the Democratic Party as well as elements of the Republican Party, have been able to thwart Donald Trump’s agenda and may have even affected the 2020 election process as well. Time will tell if John Durham will successfully shed more light into the entire mess, and more importantly, reestablish the United States as the world’s beacon of light of freedom and goodwill for all.
Happy Veteran’s Day
Today is Veteran’s day. Originally called Armistice Day to celebrate the final day of World War I, Veteran’s Day was created to honor all our veterans in the Armed Forces. As a former Army paratrooper, I am just one of many in a long list of veterans in my family over the many years. My mom had a cousin who was captured by the Japanese during world war 2. He was held in the camp in the Philippines known as Bataan and was referred to as the March of Bataan or 100 mile march. He was liberated by the United States Rangers. My mom said that he went into the United States Army and had red hair when he was captured and after his was liberated and returned his hair had turned white. We never knew what happened to him and I wish I could find out but my mom has died 3 years ago and I’m not sure but I will start looking into the matter. I have had many relatives who went to war during World War 2, Vietnam war and the Battle of the Bulge, as well as an uncle who served in Italy.
General McArthur was a hero and made the promise to the Philippines with the famous statement he would be back and he fulfilled his promise. To this day he is revered a hero to all Filipinos. My wife is a Filipina immigrant herself, and our extended family relishes in the benefits of a free country. I look forward to a day where all nations get together without the need to go to war and celebrate every person in the world who pledges their lives to the defense of both their country and humanity as a whole.
Kyle Rittenhouse testifies in his own trial, appears to vidicate himself
Kyle Rittenhouse is being tried in Kenosha Wisconsin, and in a very unusual, very risky tragedy, he gave up his 5th Amendment rights to testify in his own trial. Apparently, the strategy was to humanize Rittenhouse by going step-by-step through his actions, and at a crucial time during friendly testimony exploring his actions of defending himself through during the riots, was overcome with a very emotional episode of PTSD.
But let’s be clear: It is usually a risky strategy to give testimony for your own case, as the prosecutor gets to interrogate you. Most prosecutors are seasoned to bring out different emotions and displays of intellectual disparities among amateur witnesses, and such testimony can sometimes be damning. However, as I watched his actions, it seemed to me he was defending himself period. The judge admonished the district attorney a few times it almost seemed like he was going to grant a mistrial which would have given him a clean slate. In fact, in a normal trial with little publicity more often than naught the judge would immediately throw out the case with prejudice, which means the defendant couldn’t ever be charged or retried on the same violations in the future. However, there are major political implications to this case, with Democrats seemingly looking for any reason to see Rittenhouse convicted, while Republicans want to see justice done.
Democrats had better watch their step in the future. They are opening themselves up for huge failure if they keep treating their constituents with disgust, and the Republicans will not only win elections, but absolutely control politics across the board from the local to the federal levels.
Durham investigation picking up steam
Special counsel John Durham has brought up yet another person but he is linked to President Joseph Biden and the Clinton’s. White House special security advisor Jake Sullivan is the foreign policy advisor who has been said to be the link to Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann.
John Durham has been bringing indictments on a regular basis. The main question is who is next and what ties will they have with the Clintons? Would one be able to see into a crystal ball what would it say? Only Durham knows, and his process seems to be consistent: charge and indict low-level operatives, who are offered deals to rat on those higher up the chain. How high will it go?
President Biden’s polls sinking among independents
President Joseph Biden returned from his weekend visit to his home state of Delaware to dismal news. In a USA Today poll, over 44% of independents say that the president is doing worse than expected as president. 64% of the people polled hope that the president doesn’t run for a second term.
The big question is who is in charge of the White House. Now the last of two bills will be coming up but they want the CBO score on exactly what the cost is for this last of two bills.
Also on the agenda for the President is what is happening on the vaccine mandate. These problems are growing on the administration, along with growing concerns about food shortages, energy increases, and even potential climate change agendas, which we will opine on another date.
