Vandals loot Home depot of sledge hammers; use them to loot high end stores

November 29, 2021 by Robert Jordan

This past weekend, a Home Depot was looted of sledge hammers. They were then used to break windows of stores which held expensive hand bags, diamonds, jewelry, and expensive wrist watches, along with almost every thing from televisions to clothes.

California had passed laws where no bail to small bail for crimes and felony were made almost impossible to convict with these worthless district attorneys were elected with the help of money from rich donors. The name of one huge democrat donor has had his name attached to these donations but shockwave.us can’t prove the allegation so we won’t print the name until we can prove beyond a doubt.

Address truck driver issues

November 28, 2021 by Robert Jordan

Now I want to bring up a point about the logjam in the ports of San Pedro and Los Angeles harbors. I have still kept an eye on those two main harbors and the unions who hire the longshoremen. What I really see is the problem of truckers and the vehicles to carry the containers, which has been just fine up to a few months ago. The main problems I see now is if trucks are over 10 years old, they can’t be used which is a fact that needs to be addressed. In addition, allow people at 18 years o age to get their trucker license and allow them to buy their own truck rigs, or work or companies that allow such employment. Loosen up so these young men and women get a share of the good life and give them a small business loan. Much more efficient that college, in my opinion.

Democrats need to start injecting common sense into their policies

November 27, 2021 by Robert Jordan

Today I’m going to give a different point of view. It’s very simple to write articles on a daily basis. For instance if you watch some news agencies articles on certain politicians with a certain point of view, say in a thirty-second radio spot, you should be able to identify a Democrat or Republican. For instance, if you listen to the democrat they will say let’s defund the police, or lets have zero cash bail because it hurts the poor. Now if you see riots and they smash buildings, loot, or drive a vehicle and they run over people and kill six innocent people and hurt as many as 40 people at a Christmas parade. Now we all know that these people need to be locked up, but you never see a democrat, particularly one who is part of the squad, apologize for their bad decision on no bail or say they are sorry for the defund the police, but they don’t care! So the real question is, how can we punish these democrats without losing out completely to potential one-party Republican control?

Record shoppers expected for Black Friday; new Covid-19 variant name assignment skips “xi” to avoid Chinese premiere’s name

November 26, 2021 by Robert Jordan

This day is called Black Friday for it is the first Friday after thanksgiving. A record 100 million shoppers are expected to fill the malls, shops, and online portals. They are expecting over 60% of these shoppers are expected to be in person shopping.

In medical news, virologists have introduced a new variant of Covid-19 called Omicron. Keep in mind that we have had several variants, all named after the Greek alphabet, and have gone in order of each letter. However, the letter “xi” was skipped, as many Republican cynics said this was intentionally done to prevent people associating a new Covid variant with the Chinese premier, Xi Jinping. As expected, the stock market took a huge hit as the new strain is purportedly hitting South Africa like a storm.

Biden spending Thanksgiving with billionaire; may have neurological issue

November 25, 2021 by Robert Jordan

President Joseph Biden and his wife are spending Thanksgiving Day at a hedge fund billionaire’s home in Nantucket, Massachusetts. It must be mice to see and stay at such a beautiful home on this special day we hope for the best of our president and first lady.

Also, on Tuesday President Biden had a colonoscopy as part of his physical. One area of concern is our president has changed his walking style to a gait which indicates a possible nerve problem, and may need to consult a neurologist to see if it is a disorder which could make Biden unable to complete his role as president of the United States.

All defendents guilty in Arbery trial

November 24, 2021 by Robert Jordan

All three defendants were found guilty of murder in the case of Ahmaud Arbery. It took approximately 12 total hours of deliberation for this trial to find all three defendants of multiple murder charges. This trial was over when the video of the crime happened to be filmed by the third defendant. And now hopefully Arbery may rest in peace before the Thanksgiving Day tomorrow. Justice was served by this jury and peace has a cost and it wasn’t a pretty thing when this young man gave up his life for what jogging on a street in America. It is likely that the DA will seek the death penalty for all three convicted murderers.

Ahmaud Arbery trial starts deliberating today

November 23, 2021 by Robert Jordan

The Ahmaud Arbery trial starts deliberating today while all three defendants stand trial for the worse charges of murder. This trial wouldn’t probably have been happening since their wasn’t any evidence at all of who killed Arbery. But when one of the defendants posted what has now been known as the video of the whole crime. The video showed up and bingo the three men lives now stand in the hands of the jury of what had been a crime without any evidence until the video surfaced. How lucky for my Ahmaud Arbery, but he was killed so it seems a little to late for that young man who has lost his life for jogging in an area.

Horrific crime in Wisconsin: Man runs over dozens of parade participants, killing five

November 22, 2021 by Robert Jordan

In a rampant crime involving a man maliciously using an SUV to mow down people in a parade in Wisconsin, five people were killed, along with at least forty others, many critically, in Waukesha, Wisconsin by a man already bailed out on another charge. Darrel E. Brooks, who was let out on bail of 1,000 dollars, from a charge that he ran over another woman in a car. Why is low bail a priority for many big city district attorneys and sitting judges? This horrific crime that this man caused was avoidable if his original bail hadn’t been so low. Now his bail has been set for five million dollars, one million for each person he (allegedly) killed.

All American businesses hurt by Covid-19 can get loans under right administration

November 21, 2021 by Robert Jordan

This is how to help all Americans since Covid-19 has hurt so many small business owners. When I am successful with winning the presidency, the one of my first priorities will make sure all Americans can have a chance to get small business loans. For instance if you want to own a McDonalds, 7-11, small grocery store, medium size grocery store, bakery, gun store or any small business I will make the funds available to all Americans.

Ahmaud Arbery case likely to end in conviction for murder

November 20, 2021 by Robert Jordan

The three defendants, all white, accused of murdering a black man named Ahmaud Arbery is going to show that cold-blooded murder can not be accepted of ANY ethnicity. The video shows Arbery of being shot and killed with no provocation as defense would like to show. This is nowhere near the level of rights that Kyle Rittenhouse had when he was acquitted in Wisconsin.

Kyle Rittenhouse found not guilty on all counts

November 19, 2021 by Robert Jordan

Kyle Rittenhouse was found to be not guilty on all five of his charges. This young man was overwhelmed when the verdict came out. I feel this trial never should have been brought since the evidence was overwhelming and that he was innocent of all charges. Virtually every news correspondent on Fox and OAN stated he was innocent, while correspondents on the more traditional cable and broadcast news media were more antagonistic toward Rittenhouse, and continued their assertion that he was unfairly declared not guilty. I feel justice was served and the young man was set free. I’m sure that Kyle will have grown up after this ordeal and it will probably take a few years for him to get over all the commotion. He will learn to deal with remorse and have learned a great deal about human beings. As he’s only 18 he has a lot to learn, but the worse is hopefully behind him. There is also talk on potential defamation lawsuits which will be covered in another article.

Rittenhouse jury still deliberating

November 18, 2021 by Robert Jordan

The jury is still deliberating on the biggest trial of the year, the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse. He is being tried for the murders of two people, attempted murder of a third person, and two charges emanating from his gun use. But the reason we are even here with the trial going on in the first place is the media overreaching claims with regard to Rittenhouse’s activities. They have misrepresented his actions so much that it is conceivable that the prosecution took some of those baseless claims and integrate them into their indictments and charges. These hostile claims were being made about this young man since the event happened when he was 17 years old throughout the present time.

The trials like this usually end on a Friday as juries tend not to want to work Saturdays and take it through the weekend. It appears that the jury is being exceptionally thorough it its deliberations, with one of the jury members asking to take material home to review it there. Tomorrow we will most probably see if the jury is close to a unanimous verdict on every count or if they are still separated by many different opinions.
