California draught continues

In Dallas, CPAC 2021 starts today and runs through July 11, 2021. On the final day former President Donald J Trump will give the closing speech for the CPAC event.The Democrat party has been in power for many years and Governor Brown was in power for 8 years. Now Gavin Newsom is governor but California is now in a water draught. For approximately 10 years nobody in power in California fixed its water problem So I have a question to all Californians: Why do you vote Democrat? My party is so weak in California, even though they have a near-supermajority in the legislature and no Republican in sight.
