International court investigating Putin for his actions

International criminal courts are opening an investigation for war crimes against the Ukraine people caused by President Putin. When these trials open up it takes up to 10 years to complete but can finish in a couple of years. Reasons differ from shooting missiles at unarmed civilians or apartment buildings where they may house civilians, but in the end they usually come back with a judgment against the leader and attempt to apprehend him no matter where he goes all over the world. But since this is the president of Russia, it may not end up with anything happening to him or Russia since they are a nuclear power. Remember, United States President Biden let the world know he is scared of doing a no fly zone over Ukraine, because it might bring us into the World War 3.
