Longtime NFL coach and sportscaster John Madden passes away

Longtime NFL coach and sportscaster John Madden has died at 85 years of age.  He was a great coach, former professional football player, and he won a Super Bowl. His ability to coach for the Oakland raiders and his teams never had a losing season. He was loved by everyone, including my own mother. As she stated, she didn’t understand the game, but with John Madden as a broadcaster explaining it, my mom never missed a Monday Night football game, so I would like to give a warm thank you to John Madden. You brought to life the game of football and touched so many people, and we will never see another larger than life sports hero, Coach John Madden.
