Looking back on this day Feb 3, 1959 Richie Valens, Buddy Holly, J.P. “The Big Bopper” died in a plane crash due to a snow storm along with the pilot. It has been called The Day The Music Died. Buddy Holly was the opening act for Elvis Presley.
