Administration considering sending 5,000 troops to Ukraine

Now with all the negative press given to President Biden’s entire cabinet, along with his military heads, which recently showed such weakness and possible cowardice about allowing Ukraine to be taken over by Russia. Now the administration considers sending 5,000 American troops to augment NATO allies in Ukraine, with almost 125,000 Russian troops on the border of northern and eastern borders of Ukraine. If Putin wants the United States to get on her knees is just tell President Biden that he wants to take control of the United States, would Biden surrender as in Afghanistan, and in doing so suspending the Constitution? Putin just does anything he wants while Biden just talks complains like a pathetic leader. I’m sorry to say this, but at this time the 25th Amendment needs to be considered to remove our leader, since he doesn’t seem fit. At what point does our Constitution come into play on the fitness of our President? Hopefully before another country removes it forcibly from us.
