Secretary Buttigieg has not addressed East Palestine train disaster yet

There has been controversy surrounding the absence of the Secretary of Transportation, Pete Buttigieg, following the train derailment disaster in East Palestine, Ohio, on February 3, 2023.I am incensed that the administration of President Joseph Biden show their lack of concern and empathy for the citizens of Ohio affected by the tragedy. Despite calls for Buttigieg to visit the scene of the disaster and show support for the victims and their families, he has refused to do so, citing scheduling conflicts and other pressing matters. This has led to further criticism of the administration and calls for greater accountability and transparency in their handling of the situation. The lack of leadership and empathy shown by the administration has raised questions about their ability to effectively respond to crises and protect the well-being of American citizens.After all, what “scheduling conflicts” prevent an official from doing his specific JOB?
