Texas Democratic Legislature lost on several fronts on runaway to DC

The Texas Democratic legislators who went to Washington D.C. have now six positive cases of Covid-19. I have not confirmed with all or any of the 6 have had both types of vaccine shots to prevent them from getting Covid. The most remarkable facts are these Democratic law makers went to Washington D.C. the Texas House couldn’t get a quorum to vote on an election voting, which included Voter ID requirements, tightened up on voter ballot boxes, etc. (The Texas Senate had a quorum, and have passed their version of the voter bill already.)The Texas majority in the House is Republican, so by not showing up, the Democrats could not vote on the bill, which is what they are paid to do. My party sometimes is unbelievable. Another sad day for us Democrats.
