Tall building collapses in Florida, many missing

In Surfside, Forida, a major disaster after a portion of a tall structural building collapsed.  Authorities fear that 99 people remain missing.  Governor DeSantis has declared a national disaster to free up any money and resources are made available. At this moment one death has been confirmed so far.
