Texas hit with major cold snap; Energy outages caused by wind turbine failures

Winter storms strike almost half of the United States. Texas is hit hard with this being one of the worse storms since 1981.  Approximately 37% of Texans are without electricity. The wind turbines are freezing up, this causes less electricity let along the power outages being caught up in a double hit to all the Texans who will need food and refrigerators being open and closes make a small shelf life for food. Families who have added newborn children and most at risk..
